Understanding Chat

There are a lot of Utilities present in the bottom menu of AntMyERP that eases the job of a user. The Chat Utility is used by a user to chat with the internal employees, either individually or in a group.

 

Settings

Navigate to the left menu> Settings.

Select the Setting option (second icon).

Check the box Active Chat.

Click on Update.

This will show the Chat option in the bottom menu.

AntMyERP has an inbuilt Chat System for Individual Chat as well as Group Chat

 

Adding Groups

Navigate to the bottom menu> Chat icon.

Click on the second tab that says Group.

Click on the plus button at the bottom of the chat window.

Provide a name to the group and select the members you want to add.

Click on the Create Group button.

 

Editing Groups

Click on the second tab that says Group.

Select the group that you want to edit.

The group window will open. Select the Edit icon on the top right corner of the Group window.

Edit the name of the group or the members you want to add.

Click on the Update Group button.

Note: All your chats are recorded and Admin can view your chat history.
