Unable to delete a product in the quotation and an error message appears “The product is already used in a proposal in AntMyERP”?
Products which have been used in a Quotation, Contract, Challan, or Invoice cannot be deleted. However, you can block them.
To block the product:
Log in to AntMyERP.
Ensure you have access as an admin, superadmin, or the required permissions to access Settings. Navigate to Settings.
In Settings, Go to Masters. Choose CRM Sales.
Select “Product.” Search for the product you want to block.
Click on the action icon next to the product and choose “Edit.” Go to the “Status”, select “Block,” from Dropdown and then save the changes.
The product will be blocked and will not appear when you create a new Quotation, Challan, or Invoice.
How to connected related spare parts or Toners with a product in AntMyERP?
Log in to AntMyERP: Access your AntMyERP account by logging in with your credentials.
Check Admin Access: Verify that you have admin, superadmin, or the necessary permissions to access the Settings.
Navigate to Settings: Proceed to the Settings section within the application. Access Masters: Inside Settings, Go to the Masters section.
Select CRM Sales : From the available options, choose CRM Sales.

Specify Quantity: Indicate the appropriate quantity for the added spare parts or toners.
Save and Create: Safeguard your changes by clicking on the “Save and Create” button.
Multiple Associations: It’s possible to associate multiple spare parts or toners using the same approach.
How to Add HSN code in product in AntMyERP?
Log in to AntMyERP: Access your AntMyERP account by logging in using your credentials.
Check Admin Access: Confirm that you possess admin, superadmin, or the required permissions to access the Settings.
Navigate to Settings: Proceed to the Settings Access Masters: Inside the Settings, navigate to the Masters section.

Add HSN Code: Input the appropriate HSN code based on your business type.
Save and Create: Secure your changes by clicking on the “Save and Create” button.
Can all the product data that has been added in AntMyERP be downloaded?
Log in to AntMyERP: Access your AntMyERP account by logging in using your credentials.

Navigate to Settings: Once logged in, navigate to the Settings Access Masters: Within the Settings, locate Masters.
Select CRM Sales: From the available options, choose CRM Sales.
Choose the Product: On the product index page, click on the three dots located at the top and then click on ‘Download’.
Select Download Options: Depending on your needs, you can choose to download specific data. To download only the data currently shown on the page, select ‘Current Showing Data’. To download the entire dataset, choose ‘Entire Report Data’.
Download in Excel: The report data will be downloaded in Excel format. By following these steps, you can download the desired product data from AntMyERP.”
How to view different prices of a product in a quotation within AntMyERP?
Log in to AntMyERP: Access your AntMyERP account by logging in using your credentials.
Check Admin Access: Confirm that you possess admin, superadmin, or the necessary permissions to access the Settings. Navigate to Settings: Proceed to the Settings section within the application.
Access Masters: Inside Settings, go to the Masters section. Select Sales CRM: Among the available options, choose Sales CRM.
Choose the Product: Go to Product.
Search and select the specific product Initiate Editing: Click on the action icon next to the chosen product and then choose the “Edit” function.
Navigate to Product Page Form: Within the editing interface, you’ll find a form on the Product page.
Price Display in Quotation: Locate the field named “Price Display In Quotation” in the form. It will have options like Dealer Price, Maximum Retail Price, Special Price, and Minimum Selling Price.
Select Price Option: Add the relevant price option that you want to be displayed in quotations for this product. You can select from Dealer Price, Maximum Retail Price, Special Price, or Minimum Selling Price.
Save Changes: After selecting the desired price option, save the changes.
Visibility on Product Index Page and Price List: The chosen price option will now be visible on the product index page and price list, allowing you to have different price values displayed in quotations.
How do I rename a product in AntMyERP?
Log in to AntMyERP: Access your AntMyERP account by logging in with your credentials.
Check Admin Access: Ensure that you have admin, superadmin, or the necessary permissions to access the Settings.
Navigate to Settings: Once logged in, navigate to the Settings.
Access Masters: Within the Settings, find and access the Masters section. Select CRM Sales : From the available options, choose CRM Sales.
Choose the Product: Within CRM Sales, find the Product. Search for and select the specific product for which you want to change the name.
Initiate Editing: Locate the action icon next to the chosen product and click on it. Select “Edit” function.
Make the Changes: In the editing interface, you’ll be able to modify the product details. Change the product’ Model’s name name as desired.
Save and Exit: After making the necessary changes, click on the “Save” button to apply the changes. Then, exit the editing interface.
Product Name Renamed: Following these steps, the product’s name will be successfully renamed in AntMyERP. Remember to review your changes before saving to ensure accuracy. History New Chats will not be saved when use
What could be the cause of the 500 error when trying to add a product in AntMyERP?
When adding a product, ensure that the product Model name does not contain any special characters. If you encounter an error, please check the product Model name for special characters, remove them, and then save. This solution should resolve the issue.
The product was added as a carepack, but it is not appearing when attempting to add a carepack. What could be the issue?
