FAQ on Leave

Why aren’t the leaves being displayed for this financial year in AntMyERP?

To address the issue, follow these steps:

“Log in to AntMyERP: Begin by opening your web browser and navigating to the AntMyERP login page. Enter your credentials to successfully log in to your AntMyERP account. Ensure that you have Admin or Super Admin rights or the necessary permissions to access.”

Once logged in, navigate to the “Settings” section within the application.

In the Settings menu, locate and click on the third tab labeled “HR.”

Within the “HR” section, locate and access the “HR Rules” subsection.

In the “HR Rules” section, identify and update the “Financial Years per Company Policy”.

After successfully updating the “Financial Years per Company Policy,” the system will effectively capture this information when employees proceed to create a leave request.

By carefully following these steps and ensuring that the “Financial Years per Company Policy” is correctly updated in the “HR Rules” section, you can ensure that the system accurately captures leave details when employees initiate leave requests using AntMyERP.
