Understanding Leave Management

Leave management refers to the process of handling employee absences from work, including vacation time, sick leave, personal time off, and other types of leave. It involves tracking employee leave requests, managing leave balances, approving or denying requests based on company policies, and ensuring adequate coverage for work during employee absences. 

 

Settings and Preferences for Leave Status 

Navigate to the Left Menu > Human Resource > My HR > Leave > Leave Status

You will lands in Leave Status Page

Now go to the Top Right Menu navigate to Three Dot Icon > Settings.

Select the Settings you want to Enable.

Click on Updates.

 

Adding a Leave Types

Adding a Leave type can be made easy by following the steps  in AntMyERP! Here’s what you do.

Navigate to the Left Menu > Settings > 3rd Icon on the menu > HR > Others > Leave Types.

Click the + Icon button on the top right corner of the page.

Enter all mandatory fields along with the details of the leave type names that you provide to your employees

After entering all the details, click Save or Save & Exit

Note: Multiple leave types can be created if you are providing different number or types of  leaves to various employees

Permission: This feature is user permission defined. If you have permission, you can use this or else ask the administrator of your office to activate the permission for you.

 

Mapping Leave Type with  Employee

Navigate to the Left Menu > Settings > Organization Profile > Team.

You will land in Team list

Locate the Employee in the Team list and click on the Edit Official profile option from the Action dropdown menu. Alternatively you can Right Click on the Employee whom you want to Edit Personal profile.

On the 4th line of the form, select the Leave Type that is applicable to this employee. 

This can be added while adding the employee for the first time in the system or it can be edited later. Make the necessary changes to the Employee official profile.

Save the updated information.

Permission: This feature is user permission defined. If you have permission, you can use this or else ask the administrator of your office to activate the permission for you.

 

Applying for the Leave

Adding for the leave is a simple process. It can be done in 2 ways, via Web Portal or Mobile App. Here’s what you do.

You can add customer in two ways

Leave Application via Mobile App

 

Applying for a Leave via Web Portal 

Navigate to the Left Menu > Human Resource > My HR > Leave > Leave Status

This page will display the leave status of yours 

If you have necessary permission, you will be able to see the leave status of your team member who reports to you

With admin or super admin or My HR permission, you will be able to see the leave status of all the employees

Click the + Icon button on the top right corner of the page

Enter all mandatory fields along with all the details

After entering all the details, click Save or Save & Exit

Productivity Tool: Your leave application is approved or rejected can be viewed on the index page of leave status

Note: This page will display the leave status of yours. If you have necessary permission, you will be able to see the leave status of your team member who reports to you. With admin or super admin or necessary permission, you will be able to see the leave status of all the employees

 

Applying for a Leave via Mobile App

Download the Mobile App from Play Store > AntMyERP

Login with the Client Code, Username and password

Click on Leave

Click the + Icon button on the bottom right corner of the page

Enter all the details in the fields

Click on Apply

Productivity Tool: Your leave application is approved or rejected can be viewed on the mobile app inside the leave tab

Approval or Rejection of the Leave

The authorized person or hierarchy can approve or reject the leave application
