How do I change the business contract type in AntMYERP?

 

You cannot change the Business type of the Contract. To modify the business, please create a new Quotation with the correct business type.

 

Value at stock at customer index page is not visible.

 

If Product Sr no is Billed, then Value captured its Billing Value. If the Product is not billed then display the Value as Zero.

 

How to edit contract in AntMyERP?

 

If Client Contract already created Go to CRM Sales – Quotation – Contracted Tab – Search by Contract Number Action button and update contract.make the changes and save.

 

Why internal note showing in contract at a time of downloading In AntMyERP?

 

Internal note will not display in any of Print documents as that note is only for internal Team

 

How to add Client PO number & date in Contract?

 

While creating the Quotation update to the contract add the Client Purchase Order Number and Date.

 

How to terminate contract in AntMyERP?

 

go to sales crm/Report/renew contact/search the contract/action edit and terminate.Then go to termintion approval click on action and approve.Contract will be terminated
