How can attendance be input via the portal in AntMyERP?

Access the Attendance section
If there is a specific date where attendance hasn’t been recorded, you’ll notice an “A” icon. Click on this icon.
Input the “In Time” for that date and ensure to save the entry.
For recording the “Out Time,” simply replicate the same process.
On the identical date, you will now observe “A/P,” signifying Half Day Present.
Click on “A/P” to input the “Out Time.”
Provide the “Out Time” details and save the entry.

Log in to AntMyERP: Open your web browser and navigate to the AntMyERP login page. Enter your credentials to access your AntMyERP account. Make sure you have admin or super admin rights or the necessary permissions to access the Settings. Once logged in, go to the Settings section.
Edit Creator Company Name: Under the Settings, click on the “Action” menu and select “Edit” next to the Creator company name.
Team: Navigate to the “Team” section. Check Employee Profile: Search for the employee in question and edit their official profile. Verify if the shift time has been added.
Add Shift Time: If the shift time is missing, select the appropriate shift time from the dropdown menu provided.
Save Changes: After selecting the correct shift time, ensure to save the changes.
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue of “A/P” showing in the attendance register. It’s crucial to confirm that the correct shift time is assigned to the employee to ensure accurate attendance tracking.
How do I search for last month’s attendance in AntMyERP?

Access My HR and Select Attendance: Proceed to the “My HR” section and select the option for attendance.
Select Date Range: Locate the option that enables you to specify a date range for attendance records. Choose the option that allows customization of the date range.
Set Date Range: To retrieve last month’s attendance records, set the date range to cover the entire previous month. Typically, you should set the “From” date to the first day of the previous month and the “To” date to the last day of the previous month.
Apply Search: After setting the date range, click on the “Search” Button. This action will retrieve the attendance records for the specified period.
View Results: The system will present a list of attendance records for the selected date range, corresponding to the last month.
Export or Analyze: Depending on your needs, you might have the option to export the attendance data to a file or further analyze it within the system.
The error message “The Total Time Must Not Be Zero!” is appearing while attempting to mark attendance from Web portal in AntMyERP. What could be the cause of this issue?
Our ERP clock functions in a 24-hour format. To align with this, please make sure to designate the time accordingly. For instance, if it’s 6 PM, enter the timing as 18:00.
How can I check the attendance of former employees in AntMyERP?
To address this issue, ensure that you possess admin or super admin privileges, or the necessary permissions to access the Settings. Follow these steps:
Access Settings: Once logged in, navigate to the Settings section.
Navigate to Team Section: In the Settings, click on the action associated with the creator company name. From there, proceed to the “Team” section.
Access Past Team: Within the Team section, navigate to the “Past Team” category.
Locate and Reactivate Employee: Search for the specific employee you want to address. Click on the action menu for that employee, and select the “Reactivate” option.
Provide Details and Save: Fill in the required details and save the changes.
Employee Activated: The employee will now be visible in the Active team list.
Check Employee’s Attendance: You can now proceed to review the attendance of this employee.
Access Human Resource Module: Within the portal, move to the Human Resource module.
Go to “My HR”: Locate and click on the “My HR” option. Navigate to Attendance: Access the Attendance section.
Search for Employee Attendance: Utilize the search function to find the attendance records of the specified employee for the desired month.
