Serial numbers of some products are not appearing when we try to create the pickup task in the ERP portal. Can you assist with this issue?

 

Log in to the ERP system.

Navigate to Operations.

Select Reports.

Choose Challan Register.

Within the Challan Register, set the desired data range.

Search for the specific serial number.

Verify whether the serial number has already been marked as “inwarded.”

If the serial number has already been inwarded, it will not be visible in the Pickup Register.
