Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, register on the Site, place an order, fill out a form, respond to a survey and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address and phone number. Except as described in this policy (for example, under Mobile Apps and Web browser cookies), we collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit it to us. Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. AntMyERP may collect and use Users’ personal information for the following purposes:

• To send periodic emails: We may use the email address to send Users information and updates about their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions and/or other requests.

Mobile Apps Privacy Policy

When you use our mobile app, we collect the following information, with your permission:

• Location: We collect your location information so that we can help your organization find the nearest service engineer for a new service request from your client’s location. We also use it to help you prepare your Auto Mileage Expense Voucher from your current location to the client servicing location.
• Storage: We require your storage permission so that you can upload your service reports and expense vouchers from the mobile app, and download and open documents such as your salary slip on your device.

You can change or withdraw these permissions at any time through your device settings, although some app features may then stop working.

How we protect your information

We adopt reasonable data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to help protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. For more information, please see the Security page on our website.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes, provided that you have given us your permission.

Customer data

Where an organization uses AntMyERP, including our mobile app, that organization decides what information about its employees, clients and other individuals is entered into the service. We process that information on the organization’s behalf and in line with our agreement with it. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law or contract, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Where information is stored

Information may be stored and processed on servers operated by our hosting and service providers, which may be located in India or in other countries. Where information is transferred, we do so in line with applicable law.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to give you access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct or update it, or to delete it. Children

Our Site and services are intended for business use and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
