Security Practices, Policies & Infrastructure
AntMyERP (owned and operated by Juvilit Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) takes security seriously and has put in place practices, technologies and policies intended to help protect your data.
This document outlines some of the mechanisms and processes we use to help protect your data. Our security practices are grouped in four areas: Physical Security, Network Security, People Processes, and Redundancy and Business Continuity.
Physical Security
Our servers are hosted in data centers operated by third-party hosting providers. These facilities are designed with physical and environmental protections to help guard against physical threats and natural hazards such as fire and flood. The measures below are provided by our hosting providers and may vary by facility.
- 7x24x365 Security: The data centers that host your data are staffed by security personnel around the clock.
- Video Monitoring: Each data center is monitored by video surveillance around the clock.
- Controlled Entrance: Access to the data centers is restricted to a small group of pre-authorized personnel.
- Multi-Factor Entry Authentication: Entry to the data centers requires multiple forms of authentication, which may include biometric verification.
- Undisclosed Locations: The locations of the data centers that host AntMyERP servers are not publicly disclosed.
People Processes
Designing and running infrastructure requires not just technology, but a disciplined approach to processes. This includes policies about escalation, management, knowledge sharing and risk, as well as day-to-day operations. AntMyERP’s team works to improve these processes over time and to manage security and data protection risk.
- Select Employees: Access to customer data is limited to a small number of authorized employees who need it to provide support and troubleshooting on our customers’ behalf. Employee access is logged and passwords are regulated by policy.
- Audits: Reviews and audits are carried out from time to time, and the process is reviewed by management.
- As-Needed Basis: Access to customer data is on an as-needed basis only, and only when approved by the customer (for example, as part of a support incident) or by senior security management to provide support and maintenance.
Network Security
Our network security team and infrastructure help protect your data against electronic threats. The following is a subset of our network security practices. These are intentionally stated in general terms, since detailed disclosure could help attackers. If your organization requires further detail on our network security, please contact us.
- Secure Communication: Data transmitted to AntMyERP services is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols and modern cipher suites, so that your browser has a secure connection to our service.
- IDS/IPS: Our network is protected by Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems.
- Secured / Sliced Down OS: AntMyERP applications run on a hardened operating system configured to reduce vulnerabilities.
- Virus Scanning: Traffic coming into AntMyERP servers is scanned for malware using tools that are updated regularly.
- Control and Audit: Access to our systems is controlled and audited.
Redundancy and Business Continuity
One of the fundamental ideas of cloud computing is the assumption that computing resources can fail at some point. We have designed our systems and infrastructure with that in mind, although failures and interruptions may still occur.
- Distributed Grid Architecture. AntMyERP services run on a distributed architecture designed so that the failure of an individual server need not noticeably affect the service.
- Power Redundancy. Servers are hosted with redundant power supply and delivery.
- Internet Redundancy. AntMyERP is connected through multiple internet service providers, designed to maintain access to your applications if one fails or is delayed.
- Redundant Network Devices. AntMyERP runs on redundant network devices (switches, routers, security gateways) to reduce single points of failure on the internal network.
- Redundant Cooling and Temperature. Servers are supported by redundant cooling and temperature control systems.
- Geo Mirroring. Customer data is mirrored in a separate geographic location for disaster recovery and business continuity purposes.
- Fire Prevention. The data centers use fire prevention and control systems in line with industry practice.
