Founded in 2017 by Arvind Didwania, AntMyERP was not built in a boardroom.
Our journey actually began much earlier, in 2000, with Arvind’s first company, Solution Enterprises, a small multi-brand sales and service business for printers and copiers.
As the business scaled, so did the complexity. What started small rapidly grew into India’s largest Managed Print Services (MPS) network, powered by: 9,000+ service partners, and coverage across 5,894 tehsils
With rentals, AMCs, service tickets, technicians, spare parts, serial numbers, invoicing, and customers spread across such a massive footprint, spreadsheets and traditional tools simply couldn’t keep up. Daily operations turned into constant firefighting, missed follow-ups, scattered data, delayed service, and teams spending more time chasing information than solving problems. We know this chaos because we lived it. To survive and scale, the team built a powerful internal Service ERP to automate ticketing, rentals, spare parts management, invoicing, and field operations. It brought structure, visibility, and control back into the business.
Soon, something unexpected happened. Service partners started asking for access to the same system. They were facing the same struggles, the same daily hustle, the same operational chaos. That demand became a turning point. In 2018, what was once an internal tool evolved into a full-fledged vertical SaaS platform, launched under the brand AntMyERP.
