Understanding Service reports

This is to keep tabs on the service report. This is where you can find all the reports for the service module. 

 

Generate Reports for Service

Navigate to the Left menu > Service > Reports

All the types of service reports are visible here. 

Loan/ Repair register: Here, you can check the material that was taken inward for repair. You can also see which devices were sent for repair, given as a demo, or are on standby for the customer. 

Counter Report: This is a counter report for the MPS business. Keep track of the devices month by month counter.

Total Service Nutshell: This is where you can see the service parameter. Here, you can see the tickets in SLA. The amount of SLA breached. Keep track of the job, response times, and downtimes here. 

Repeat Ticket Report: Here, track the devices whose calls were logged many times.

Compare Engineers: Check the engineer’s performance here. 

Preventive Maintenance: This is where the amount that was given this month and the next month will be shown. 

Service Engineer Location: Track the engineer’s location with the help of the provided Google Maps connection. 

Monthly Report-Customer and Monthly Report-Engineer: Here you can see monthly reports for both customers and engineers. 

RCA Report: A remote call assistant report can be seen here. 

Problem Discrepancy: This is where you can look at the problems with the service calls.

Partner Management: Here, you can look at the Device mapped to partner 

Daily Service Report:  It shows how many calls were logged, how many solos closed, and how many expense vouchers were made. Also, find out what the amount of the expense voucher has been. 

PM Report: This is where you can see the report of the next PM. 

Mobile Device Report: Here, you can keep track of the type and number of devices used for logging and closing a call. 

Technician Detail Report: Here, you can see a detailed report on the technicians. 

Overall Report: Here, you can find out the overall time taken to close a single ticket.

Graphical Reports: Here, you can view a graphical representation of the calls that are closed. 

Warranty Report: Here, you can view all the customer warranty tickets.

Understanding CRM Sales Reports

This is to keep tabs on the service report. This is where you can find all the reports for the Sales module. 

 

Reports

Total Lead Analysis

Total Lead Analysis is packed with helpful information about the number of leads your organization has generated. 

You can download the complete report in an Excel sheet.

 

Order Expected 

Maintain a detailed record of your expected orders for each lead. 

Keep track of things based on four simple parameters: today, tomorrow, this week, and this month. They give you valuable insights into the number of orders you can expect, allowing you to determine if you have the necessary assets to meet the demand. 

 

Renew Contract

Stay in the loop about all your contracts that are about to wrap up with our Renew Contract Report.

The email trigger feature in this report is a game-changer that will revolutionize the way you handle your emails. 

To maximize your results, you can take the next step by following up with your customer. You have the same options to access the exact same reports for Device Contract Details as well.

 

Renew expired

All contracts in the renew expired report will be unable to enter any call logs into the system once they have expired. You can do this by informing your customer that their contract has ended and that they must renew it. 

 

Termination approval 

If a customer does not renew its contract after it has expired, management will try to persuade the consumer to do so, and if the customer does not agree, the contract will be terminated. 

 

Contract terminated

Once the contract is terminated, it goes into a category called “contract terminated.” It’s important to keep this in mind when dealing with any post-contract matters.

Dashboard Overview

Understanding Sales Dashboard 

A dashboard puts together different kinds of visual data in one place. A dashboard overview usually provides comprehensive data in a single view, allowing users to answer a single question.

 

Permissions

Navigate to the Left menu > Settings 

Go to the User & Permissions tab

Under the users tab, click on the search Icon on the top right corner. Here, search for the employee to whom you want to give permission. 

Go to the action button and click on Edit. 

Go to the Permissions tab.

Press Ctrl+F and enter the word Sales order. Enable the permissions related to the Sales Dashboard.

Click on Save.

 

User Level Dashboard

To Log in

Navigate to the Left menu > Settings 

Go to the User & Permissions tab

Go to the action button and click on Auto Login

You will be logged into the user’s account.

If permission is not given, the user will see his/her data on the dashboard. 

 

Note: Users can see how many sales they have made, how many customers they have, and how much each sale is worth on the dashboard. They can also view the sales by brand, sector, and product category. 

A graph that shows how many proposals, leads, and contracts have been made. 

They can also view the top sales team, top customers, and top prospects. 

Note: If permission is given to the user, he /she will see it on his/her level.

Privacy and Security

Understanding Securities

The data of any organization is of prime importance. There are ways in which AntMyERP helps you with system privacy with its security settings. This also allows you to give limited access to the people you wish to.

 

Configuring Privacy Settings

To setup privacy settings, 

Navigate to the left menu > Settings > Security.

Under the Security Settings, you will see two tabs

 

Security Settings

This tab has five checkboxes which you can check and enter details according to your needs. The checkboxes are:

 

Restrict Login By IP Address

By checking this box and entering the IP address of the machine, only that machine will be allowed to access the ERP. You can enter multiple IP addresses by separating them with a comma (,).

 

Restrict Login By PC

When you check this box, two fields will appear which are,

 

Approve Product Mail 

Here you need to enter the Approve Product Mail where you need to enter the approver’s email address.

 

Exclude Employee

You can add the name of the person(s), who can bypass this restriction.

 

2 Ways Verification

By checking this box, you can set up two factor authentication by choosing the radio button either for email or Mobile.

 

Password Strength

By checking this box, you can set up a strong password which would be difficult to guess.

 

Multi Login to User

By checking this box, you can give a single user ac to multiple logins.

After checking the required boxes, click on Update.

 

PC Based Security Register

This tab shows the details of the employee’s name, email address, status and approved date of the product. There is an Action button where you can edit the details.
