How to create General Task?
Creating and Managing Tasks with AntMyERP
AntMyERP simplifies internal coordination through its Task Management feature, allowing teams to assign, track, and monitor tasks efficiently across departments.
To create a task, go to Quick Add and click on Task. Tasks can be created for Client, Vendor, Logistic, or Internal purposes. If the task is client-related, select the client’s name — details like branch, person, and employee name will automatically appear. Enter a short comment describing the issue or request.
For example, if a customer such as Tata Motors calls the reception regarding a missing invoice, the receptionist can quickly create a task and assign it to the Accounts team. Similarly, for internal tasks, select “Internal Task,” type the employee’s name, and assign the work directly.
You can also add a Watch List typically a senior team member to monitor task progress and pending activities. Define key parameters such as Start Time, Due Date, Estimated Time, Priority and upload any relevant files. You can also select the Source, Priority Matrix and Reporting Tag for tracking and analysis.
If the task is part of a larger project connect it to its Parent Task. Add remarks or notes for clarity then click on Save. Once saved the system generates a unique Task Number (e.g., 17,124).
At a management level, users can view all assigned and created tasks under the Ticket section. They can track pending tasks, view coordinator workloads, and analyze team performance through Team Analysis and Open Ticket Analysis, which display task age, last activity, and completion rate.
With AntMyERP, every task big or small is documented, traceable, and transparent, ensuring accountability and smooth workflow management across the organization.
