How do I renew an existing contract in AntMyERP?

Log in to AntMyERP.
Navigate to the “CRM Sales” section.
Choose “Reports.”
Click on “Renew Contract.”
Proceed to the “To Renew” tab.
Contract data set to expire within the next 60 days will be presented.
You have the option to export this data to Excel by utilizing the download icon located at the top. To renew a contract Search for the contract number.
Click on the action icon and select “Renew.”
Make any required changes to the contract, including the “From” date and the “To” date.
Save the modifications.
The contract will then be renewed with the updated dates.

 

How do I change the business contract type in AntMYERP?

You cannot change the Business type of the Contract. To modify the business, please create a new Quotation with the correct business type.

 

How can I update a new contract date in a existing contract in AntMyERP?

Log in to AntMyERP.
Navigate to CRM Sales.
Go to Quotations.
Select “Contracted”.
Search using the Contract Number.
Click on the Action Icon against contract number and choose the “Update Contract” button.
Make the Required changes in “Contract from date” and “Contract to date” required and save the contract.

 

How do I terminate a contract in AntMyERP?

To terminate an existing contract in AntMyERP, follow these steps:

Log in to AntMyERP.
Navigate to the Sales CRM module.
Access the Reports section.
Choose “Renew Contract.
Search for the contract number in the “All Contracts” section.
Click on the action icon next to the contract and choose “Terminate.”
Proceed to the “Termination Approval” section.
Locate the contract that needs to be terminated. Click on the action icon and select “Approve.”
The contract will now be successfully terminated.

 

How to add Client Purchase Order Number (PO No.) & Date in Contract ?

Log in to AntMyERP.
Navigate to CRM Sales.
Go to Quotations.
Select “Contracted” quotations.
Search using the Contract Number.
Click on the Action Icon next to the contract number and select the “Update Contract” button.
In the “Customer Purchase Order Number” field, input the client’s purchase order number.
Add the customer’s purchase date and the date the customer purchase order was received.
Save the changes and then exit.
The client’s purchase order will now be associated with the contract.
