Making a Support Call with AntMyERP

Contacting the AntMyERP Support Team becomes easy whenever there occurs a system issue in the software. From within the application, you can directly log for a support call which could speedily let the problem be tracked and resolved by the support team.

For a current logging of a support call first locate the “Ask AntMyERP Team” link on the right part of your dashboard. Click it and the support request window pops up on its own. Your email ID will be prefilled and by default, your name will be appearing.

Go ahead and fill in your mobile number and the type of request, which could be a bug, feature request, or training. Select the priority level, Normal, High or Medium, according to urgency and then move on to the problem description area.

As an illustration, “Not able to create a challan” can be used for briefly narrating the issue. You may add specific details that can help better understand the support team.

Where the issue is appearing on your screen, you can take a screengrab directly from the window by clicking on the screenshot option. It will attach the image to your support request automatically thus allowing the support team to speedily diagnose your issue.

After all the details have been filled in then click Submit. The system will instantly generate a support ticket and AntMyERP’s support team will contact you to coordinate and resolve the problem.

This way, it becomes quick, easy, and organized for anybody wanting assistance from AntMyERP: every problem goes into logging, tracking, and solutions.
