Finding information in AntMyERP is very simple with the Global Search feature. When logged in Users do not have to open different pages or modules to find what you need. By using one quick search feature, user can get details about customers, vendors, or products in just a few seconds.

To start, look at the right-hand side of your AntMyERP screen and click on the search icon. A small box will open.

With This box, user can type what he or she is looking for.

If user want to search for a customer, select “Customer” from the list and type the first three letters of their name. For example, if you type “DMD,” all customers with that name will appear.

Click on the correct name to open their details. You can also find vendors by choosing “People” from the list and typing their name. To look for a serial number, select “Serial Number” and type the registered number.

The system will take you to the warranty and history page of that product. Global Search saves a lot of time because it can be used to find many things like customers, vendors, products, invoices, quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, deliveries, ledgers, and inventory records. Hence makes work faster.

Without navigating and jumping between different pages, users can simply use the Global Search to find what they need in seconds. It keeps your work neat, saves time, and helps you stay on track. Global Search is an easy and helpful tool that makes business management quick and stress-free.
