How to create a Logistics Vendor?

 

Creating a Logistic Vendor with AntMyERP

AntMyERP allows you to easily add and manage logistic vendors (courier partners) directly within the system, ensuring smooth delivery operations.

To create a new logistic vendor, go to Operations → Logistic on the left-hand menu. You’ll see a list of all existing logistics vendors already created in the system. To add a new one first click the plus icon on the right side of the screen.

This opens the Logistic Vendor Form where you can enter all relevant details:

• Logistic Company Name
• Source Location
• Business House and Company Type
• Complete Address and PIN Code
• Email Address and Contact Details including landline, fax number and mobile numbers
• Industry and Sub industry Type

Once you enter the PIN code then the system automatically fetches the latitude and longitude of the location. You can then choose the currency used by the logistic vendor from the dropdown list.

You can also add internal remarks and assign reporting tags for better tracking and categorization. After filling in all required fields, click Save then the new logistic vendor will be successfully created and stored in the system.

During any delivery process, you can now select the logistic vendor’s name, enter the docket number and link it directly to the dispatch record.
