AntMyERP simplifies tracking and managing all loan and repair activities through the Loan Repair Register. This feature helps you monitor every device that has been taken in or sent out whether for repair, standby or demo purposes.
- To get started, go to the Service Module, click on Reports, and select Loan/Repair Register.
- View all devices marked as In (received for repair) or Out (sent as standby, demo, or repair).
- Select any record, such as Demo 2, to view detailed information including company name, invoice number, customer details, product name, serial number, current location and return date.
- If an engineer finds a device beyond repair during a visit it must be collected and entered into the register.
- Once entered, the system automatically tracks its repair and return status.
- Under each company name, you can see how many devices are pending return, their expected return dates, and any delays.
- When a standby device is provided to the customer, the original device picked up for repair will also appear in this register for tracking.
- In the Other section, monitor devices sent to customers or vendors for repair, standby, or demo.
- Details such as outward number, date, company name, customer or supplier, product, serial number, delay days, and return date are displayed clearly.
- If a device was supposed to be returned but hasn’t been collected yet, its delay is automatically shown.
