How to process and track Delivery Register?
Tracking the Delivery Process with AntMyERP
AntMyERP makes tracking and managing deliveries simple and transparent. The Delivery Register module helps you monitor every stage from dispatch to delivery confirmation.
To begin, go to Operations → Delivery Register. The index view displays all delivery orders. Under Pending you’ll find orders that have been created but not yet dispatched. You can click on any order to view its details including the list of materials and their serial numbers. From here you can also print the order for reference.
When the order is ready to be sent, click Action → Confirm Dispatch. A pop up window will appear thus prompting you to choose the delivery method either Courier or Hand Delivery.
For Courier, enter details such as courier type, docket number, date and time, courier company name, package weight, dimensions and number of boxes. Once saved an email notification is automatically sent to the customer with courier details so they can track the shipment.
For Hand Delivery add the delivery person’s name along with date and time. On saving, the system sends a message to the customer confirming the dispatch.
When the item is received by the customer, upload the acknowledgment challan (either from the courier company or signed by the delivery person). Then mark the order as Delivered by entering the receiver’s name, date, time and remarks. The order status will now move to Delivered marking the transaction as complete.
All delivery records, including dispatch details and proof of delivery are securely stored in the system. If a customer inquiry about a delivery you can download and share the delivery confirmation instantly.
