How to upload Product in bulk?

 

Uploading Bulk Products with AntMyERP

AntMyERP allows you to quickly upload multiple products at once, saving time and reducing manual entry when setting up your ERP system. This feature is especially useful when initializing a new ERP where numerous products need to be added in bulk.

To begin, go to the index view of the product. Press Control and Space and type Product to navigate directly to the product index page. On the index page click on the three dots located on the right hand side.
Select Import from the dropdown options. You’ll find two key options, Import and Download. First click on Download Sample File to get the template.

Enter all the necessary product details in the sample Excel file, such as name, description, and specifications. Once the data is filled in return to the same page and upload the completed file by selecting Import.

This method enables bulk product uploads efficiently. Instead of adding products one by one you can use the Excel sheet to populate them all at once.

If any product details were added incorrectly or need modification you can easily edit them. Go to the Action menu where options like Edit, Delete and Copy are available. Click Edit to open the product form and make changes to the name or description and Save. The updated information will reflect immediately.

To create a duplicate product, select Copy, edit the name or required details, and save it as a new entry.
