How to set Organization Structure?

 

Build Your Organization Structure Easily with AntMyERP

AntMyERP lets you create a clear organizational structure, showing who reports to whom and generating a hierarchy for your team. To start first click the Settings icon on the left and go to Organization Setup. Here, you’ll see the organization’s name, address and email ID. Click Edit and navigate to the Organization Structure tab. If a structure exists, it will be visible, if not then the page will be blank.

To create the hierarchy, click on Team to view all employees. Assign each designation a parent to indicate reporting. For example, the founder or director does not report to anyone, so select the main branch and save. Next, add who reports to the founder, such as sales managers, and select the branch. Once saved, the hierarchy tree will show that the sales managers report to the founder.

Continue adding roles like account executives reporting to sales managers or admin executives reporting to HODs. In multi-branch setups, the main branch will be selectable. The tree dynamically updates to show all reporting relationships.

Be careful with continuity: if a parent designation isn’t linked correctly, the hierarchy may appear broken. For example, a service engineer reporting to an AMC engineer won’t show in the tree if AMC engineer isn’t assigned properly. Correcting parent designations restores the full hierarchy.

Once set, the structure lets managers view all tasks of their team. Sales managers see the work of admin and service executives, while the founder can monitor all reporting employees.
