How to Enable and Use Multi-Currency with AntMyERP
AntMyERP’s multi-currency feature allows businesses to manage international transactions in an orderly manner. It ensures that quotations or invoices and customer accounts reflect correct currency according to the customer’s location or national business desires.
To enable multipurpose currency, go to the Settings option from the left navigation menu. After that, click here to enable multi-currency and hit Update. The multi-currency option is thus activated in your systems.
Now, if a customer is dealing in a foreign currency, that currency needs to be connected to their profile. To open, go to the Customer section, click to open the customer you wish to edit, scroll to the very end of the form, and here under Multi-Currency, select the respective currency for this customer from the dropdown (say, USD, EUR, or GBP). Click Save to confirm.
After saving, the currency can no longer be changed. Make sure you are selecting the correct currency. From now on every time, you create a Quotation or Proposal for this customer this currency will be automatically applied.
Go ahead, test it; go on the Quotation page of Sales, select the customer, and a Currency field will appear. The exchange rate for the selected currency is automatically reflected, and everything will calculate based on that.
