How to manage Product?

 

Creating a Product with AntMyERP

AntMyERP helps in efficient product creation and management with intricate details on pricing, specifications and internal documentation.

To begin first click the Settings icon on the leftmost menu then select Master from the list of options and then click on CRM Sales. Inside CRM Sales you will find the Product section then click on it to view all products created in the system.

For the creation of a new product, click the plus icon on the top right-hand side. This opens the Product Form.

Setting Up Basic Details

Select the Brand and Category from the dropdown lists. Define the unit of measurement, enter the Model Number and add the Product Name which will automatically populate once entered.

Defining Pricing and Stock

Specify the Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), set the Minimum Stock Quantity, and enter the MRP, Dealer Price, Special Price, and Minimum Selling Price.
If you enable the Minimum Selling Price option, proposals cannot be created below that fixed amount.

Additional Product Information

Enter product details such as:

  • Product Type: Device, Care Pack, Spare Part, Toner or Other.
  • Tax Code, Tags, and Product Life
  • Driver Link, Part Number, Brochure, and Capacity/Ratings
  • Reporting Tag and Image Upload
    You can also attach Service Manuals or Operation Manuals for internal reference.

Add a Description – ticking the description box ensures it auto-appears whenever the product is selected. Internal remarks can also be added for internal visibility.

Once all details are filled, click Save to create the product. The new product will appear in the list.
