Using Security Features with AntMyERP
AntMyERP provides multiple layers of security to ensure that your organization’s data remains protected and access is strictly controlled.
To access the security settings, click on the Settings icon on the left hand menu. The sidebar icons will update select the Security option (second from the top) to view all available security features.
1. IP Based Security
This feature restricts employee logins to specific IP addresses — usually within the company premises. Only users connected through the approved facility network can access the ERP.
2. PC Based Security
When this feature is enabled, login attempts from any new laptop or desktop require system approval. An approval email is sent automatically. Once the device is approved, the user can log in.
If an employee logs in again from a different system, a new approval mail is triggered. You can exclude certain employees (like those who travel frequently) from this restriction by adding their names in the “Excluded Employee” list.
3. Two Way Verification
Each time a user logs in a verification code is required in addition to the password. You can choose to receive this code via email or mobile SMS. Enter the OTP to complete the login process adding an extra layer of authentication.
4. Password Strength
Weak passwords pose serious security risks. AntMyERP enforces strong password policies at least eight characters with special characters ensuring data safety by preventing easily guessable passwords.
5. Multi Login for Users
If multiple users need to access the same ID simultaneously, enable Multi-Login to User. This allows the same credentials to be used on more than one system at a time.
With these five features IP-based security, PC-based security, two-way verification, password strength enforcement, and multi-login. AntMyERP ensures that every login is secure, verified, and compliant with company policies.
