Setting up Email in AntMyERP
Automate Customer Emails Easily with AntMyERP
AntMyERP makes it easy to ensure your customers never miss an important update. You can set up an automated system that sends emails whenever there’s a complaint or if a manual email wasn’t sent.
To get started first click on the Settings icon there you’ll find all the options to manage projects, titles and email preferences. Make sure the Active Email option is turned on as without it the automated emails won’t be sent.
If you also want the flexibility to send emails manually first enable the Manual Email option. Then to configure the SMTP details to make sure your emails actually reach your customers. Go to Templates then Email SMTP Settings and fill in the hostname, port number, username, password and email ID. You can even test the setup by clicking Test Email. Once it works, your automated emails will start sending without any extra effort.
For manual emails, simply choose the manual option. This allows you to send emails for service updates, proposals, or any other customer communication straight from the system.
