Create Annexures
In this video, we’ll teach you how to add an annexure with AntMyERP.
There are two types of annexures Terms & Conditions and Annexure.
Under Terms & Conditions, you can add up to 256 words containing fixed or standard text such as policies or clauses. The Annexure section, on the other hand, allows unlimited text, where you can include additional or detailed content for example, the scope of work or any special agreement terms beyond the main contract.
To create an annexure, go to Settings. Under the Master section on the left-hand side first click on the CRM Sales tab. Then select the Terms & Conditions module. You’ll see two options one for Terms & Conditions and another for Annexure.
Click on Annexure. A list of all existing annexures in the system will be displayed. To create a new one first click the plus icon on the right hand side.
A new form will appear. Here, you can create annexures for multiple modules such as Sales, Purchase Orders (PO), Rental PO, AMC PO, MPS Purchase Order or Widget Purchase Order.
Select Sales Quotation as an example. Enter an alias name and the annexure number then click Save.
If an annexure with the same name already exists, the system will display an error. Once saved then it will appear in the index view.
Now, open CRM Sales Quotation, then go to Sales → Annexure. You’ll find both Terms & Conditions and Annexure options. Select the annexure to view or edit it and you can add, remove or modify content as needed.
This way you can easily create, manage and link annexures to sales quotations or other modules with AntMyERP.
