Create Advertisements
In this video, we’ll explain you how to set up an advertisement with AntMyERP.
Advertisements in the system appear on all customer facing documents including proposals, challans, invoices, and purchase orders. Whenever these documents are printed or emailed the advertisement is automatically displayed. This ensures that every customer who receives your document becomes aware of your latest products, services or company updates.
To create an advertisement first go to Settings. Under the Master section on the left-hand side, click on the CRM Sales module. Select Terms & Conditions from which you can also get the Advertisement option. You may go directly to this option through the shortcut Ctrl + Space.
Enter advertisement name. Then upload the advertisement image. Ensure that the image format and size is correct and according to the system requirements. Next we set the start and end dates then click Save and Create if we would like to remain on this page to add more ads.
The advertisements may also have the option to be scheduled within few months or a year based on the campaign. Once saved the advertisement will automatically appear on all system generated documents.
For example, if you open a sales quotation, you’ll see the uploaded advertisement displayed at the bottom complete with the image and text entered earlier.
This feature allows businesses to promote their brand, highlight offers or display service information directly on every document shared with customers.
