How to configure Preventive Maintenance?

 

Configure and Track Preventive Maintenance in Ant MyERP

Ant MyERP makes managing Preventive Maintenance (PM) easy. PM ensures timely service for customers. It can be scheduled based on time or device usage.

To create Preventive Maintenance:

  • Go to Settings – Master – Service – Preventive Maintenance.
  • Or press Ctrl + Space and search for Preventive Maintenance.
  • Click the Plus (+) icon to create a new PM.
  • Enter a name. Choose the PM type: Fixed (time-based) or Flexible (count-based).
  • Set the interval, duration or count. The system logs the PM call based on whichever comes first.

To link PM to customer contracts:

  • Go to CRM then Quotation.
  • Select the device and PM type (comprehensive or non-comprehensive).
  • Enter quantity and amount.
  • Multiple PMs can be added to multiple devices.
  • Once the contract is converted, the system automatically logs PM calls.

To monitor PM calls:

  • Go to Service – Reports – Future PM Report.
  • Time-based PM shows scheduled calls by interval.
  • Average-based PM shows calls by usage count.
  • Open Service to see logged calls. Assign engineers and close completed PMs.
  • Use Mass Updates to assign multiple PM calls efficiently.
