How to create Auto Service Call Assignment Rules for mapped device?

Auto-Assigning Service Calls with AntMyERP

AntMyERP enables automatic assignment of service calls to engineers or vendors based on predefined mapping ensuring faster response times and smoother workflow.

To set up auto assignment, go to the CRM Sales module and open the Customer section. Locate the customer whose devices need to be mapped. From the Customer Index View, right click on the customer’s name and open the associated Contract. Here, you’ll see the customer’s complete history including KPIs, profit, leads, quotations and product details.

In the Contract → Product section, review all devices under the customer’s agreement and confirm whether they belong to the customer or your organization. Then, go to All Products to view the list of devices eligible for mapping.

For each device, you can map it to an engineer or a vendor:

To map to an engineer, select Auto Service Engineer, enter the engineer’s name, and click Save. Once saved, any service call logged for that device’s serial number will automatically assign to the mapped engineer. The call center team will instantly see which engineer is handling the case.

To map to a vendor, choose Auto Vendor, enter the vendor’s name (visible only if a valid contract exists), and select the vendor team if applicable. Now, whenever a call is logged, it will automatically be assigned to that vendor.

This automation ensures that each service call based on serial number and customer contract—is instantly routed to the correct engineer or vendor without manual intervention.

With AntMyERP’s auto assignment feature, call handling becomes faster, more accurate, and fully traceable across the ERP system.
