How to bulk upload ASP Service Tickets?

 

In this video, you’ll learn how to approve ASP (Authorized Service Provider) calls in bulk efficiently.

Suppose your organization is an authorized service provider for brands like Dell, Canon, HP or Konica. When multiple service calls come in simultaneously approving each one manually can be time consuming. To streamline this, AntMyERP allows you to upload and approve calls in bulk through Excel.

Start by going to the Service module and selecting Bulk Upload. The bulk upload form will open.
Enter the name of the ASP and select the branch from which the calls are being received. Choose the relevant contract for these service requests.

Next, select the assignee type, which determines who will handle the tickets. The engineer’s name can be assigned later once the calls are distributed.
Set the priority, select the problem category, and add the senior’s name to the watchlist if needed. Enter the title and any additional message or note related to the calls.

To upload first download the sample Excel file provided on the page. The format includes fields like customer name, client name, contact details, address, email ID, case number, reference number and ticket number for ASPs such as Canon or Konica.

Once filled, upload the file by clicking Choose File → Verify. The system automatically checks for duplicate or already logged calls in the backend. If verified successfully then all the ASP calls will be logged into the system instantly.

This feature saves hours of manual work, ensuring faster approvals and improved service efficiency.
