How to Stock Report – Training for Finance – Closing Stock & Fixed Assets?

 

Tracking Closing Stock and Fixed Assets with AntMyERP

AntMyERP makes it simple to track closing stock and fixed assets in real time, ensuring businesses have a clear view of their inventory and asset values at any given time.

To get started, go to the Finance module on the left-hand side and click on Reports. A list of reports will appear including Closing Stock, Tax Liability, Ledger Account, Bank Account and Fixed Asset.

To check Closing Stock, click on the Closing Stock tab. The report displays stock details category-wise, showing opening quantity and value, inward quantity and value, outward quantity and value, and finally the closing balance quantity and value.

To view details model number-wise, click on a category. This expands to show all products linked to that category. For example, if a product had 142 units as opening stock, received 2 inwards and issued 6 outwards, the closing stock is displayed as 138 units.

You can also view products without serial numbers by selecting the relevant option, which shows the category name and closing stock quantity for non-serialized items.

To view Fixed Assets, return to Finance → Reports and click on Fixed Asset. Fixed assets are displayed category-wise, with data on opening quantity and amount, inward and outward transactions and current valuation. This helps track both serial and non-serial assets accurately.
