Management Report for Sales Analysis

 

In this video, we’ll show you how management can effectively analyze the sales team’s performance and overall business growth using the Sales Analysis Report.

To access the report:
Go to CRM → Sales → Reports.
You’ll find multiple reports here. Click on Management Reports on Sales to view insights at the organization and management level.

This report provides a complete overview of sales operations and team productivity, including:

Pending Leads: Total leads that are still open, along with the pending amount.

Pending Quotations: Quotations shared with customers but not yet accepted — shown with count, total value, and profit.

Pending Sales Orders: Number of ongoing sales orders, their total value, and profit details.

Completed Sales Orders: Orders closed in the current financial year, displaying the final amount and overall profit earned.

You’ll also find detailed highlights such as:

  • Top Clients
  • Top Salesperson
  • Top Product
  • Top Business Unit
  • Top Brand
  • Top Branch generating the highest revenue.

To explore specific details, click on any metric for instance, on pending leads or quotations — and you’ll be directed to the respective page instantly.
The dashboard also shows the top five clients, with an option to view all clients along with their percentage contribution to revenue.

With these analytical insights, management can easily monitor:

Which salesperson is achieving the most sales

Which products are performing best

Which customers and branches are driving business growth

This enhances visibility, accountability and strategic control over the sales process thus empowering management to make faster, data driven decisions and strengthen overall team performance.
