How to manage Product and its Report?

 

Easily Track Product Performance with AntMyERP

AntMyERP allows you to monitor product performance and understand sales and purchases at a glance. You can track best-selling products, purchase trends, sales easing, and purchase easing all in one place. To view product reports first go to Inventory on the left-hand side and click on Reports. Then select the Product Report tab to see the full list of products including whether they are active or inactive.

For any product, you can search and click the three dots to select Details. This opens a dashboard showing total sales, average sales amount, total purchases and average purchase amount. You can also view purchase and sales easing, profit amounts and percentages and a sales versus purchase graph. Order and stock information is available as well including purchase orders given to vendors and items left to procure.

The dashboard also displays sales call logs by sector and service flow in graphical format. You can track customer losses, profits, service call logs, and client purchases. Product KPIs are shown clearly, covering stock, service, orders to execute, purchase and sales easing, and profit margins.

Detailed product insights include serial numbers, PO dates, invoice dates, vendor names, basic amounts, client names, outward quantities and profit percentages. Everything you need to evaluate a product’s performance is visible in one place making it easier to manage inventory and maximize profitability.
