How to check Profitability Insight Report?

 

Viewing the Profitability Report with AntMyERP

AntMyERP allows you to easily track and analyze profitability across multiple dimensions—helping you understand where your business earns the most.

To view the profitability report, go to the Finance tab and click on the Reports icon. From the available options, select the Profitability tab. This opens a dashboard that displays profit insights categorized by product, serial number, category, client, invoice, contract, salesperson, service person, and overall business.
The dashboard shows profit amount and profit percentage, along with detailed breakdowns such as:

• Top products generating the highest profit
• Top salespersons and service persons by profit contribution
• Top clients, contracts and invoices contributing to profitability
• Business profit and category wise profit percentage

For detailed analysis, click on Serial Number to view profit per product serial. Like if two products with different serial numbers were sold, you can check the profit or loss on each individually. The report displays the product name, category, purchase amount, sale price, total profit and profit percentage.

Clicking on a product (e.g., Konica Minolta 3300) reveals its sales and purchase details showing direct profit if purchased at zero cost and sold for a value. Similarly, clicking on an invoice shows the profit associated with that particular transaction.
