Checking CRM Sales Reports with AntMyERP
AntMyERP provides a complete view of your sales performance through detailed CRM Sales Reports. These reports help you analyze leads, follow ups, orders and overall team efficiency in one place.
To begin, go to CRM Sales from the left-hand menu and click on Reports. All sales related reports will appear here.
The Total Lead Analysis Report displays all leads generated in the system for a given date. You can view details such as lead owner, stage, source, and status therefore making it easier to track lead progress.
The Order Expected Report shows when orders are likely to be confirmed i.e. today, tomorrow, this week, or this month. Similarly, the Follow up Report highlights upcoming follow ups within the same time frames thus ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Under Lead by Amount you can view the total value of leads generated, while Lead by Sales Team gives a breakdown of leads handled by each sales executive. The Monthly Lead Report compares performance month over month, showing leads generated, qualified and converted.
The Price List Report helps you check product prices and add them directly into quotations. The Renew Contract Report notifies you 60 days before contract expiry allowing you to renew or terminate in advance.
The Total Lead TAT Report shows how long it takes to convert leads while Campaign Profitability Reports reveal profits made against specific campaigns. You can also view quotation statuses and check how many devices customers own.
Finally, the Sales Management Report provides a consolidated view of pending leads, quotations and sales orders both executed and pending.
