How to check Operation Report?
In this video, we’ll tell you how to view and analyze the Operations Reports in your system.
To access these reports first go to Operations → Reports.
Here, you’ll find multiple types of operational reports that help monitor daily activities and workflow efficiency.
The first one is the Challan Register, where you can view all challans generated for various serial numbers. It helps track whether a particular serial number was received (inward) or dispatched (outward) — giving complete visibility over material movement.
Next is the Logistic Register, which lets you monitor the courier status of dispatched items.
You can check the total number of couriers sent through different courier companies, along with their billing amounts for cost tracking and accountability.
Then comes the Loan and Repair Register, where you can see details of materials received for repair, devices sent out for service, demo, or standby, and track their movement in real time.
The Return Register shows all devices that are pending return, ensuring nothing is misplaced or delayed.
Meanwhile, the Dispatch Report provides insights into the delivery turnaround time thus helping you evaluate courier performance and overall logistics efficiency.
With these reports, you can effectively track and manage every operational detail from material movement and courier billing to repair tracking and delivery timelines.
This ensures smoother operations, better transparency and improved control across departments.
