How to manage a Product?

 

Manage your Product with AntMyERP

AntMyERP makes it simple to create, organize, and manage products efficiently within your system.

To begin, go to Settings on the left-hand menu, then click on Master and navigate to CRM Sales → Product. This section displays all existing products in the system. To create a new product, click the plus icon at the top right, this will open the Product Form.

Start by selecting the brand and category of your product. Choose the appropriate unit of measurement such as numbers, meters or liters depending on the product type. Enter the model number and product name and the name will auto fill in related fields.

Next, input the Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), which serves as the unique identification number for the product. Define the minimum stock quantity, MRP, dealer price, special price and minimum selling price. The minimum selling price ensures no quotation goes below your set value, helping maintain consistent pricing and margins.

Add other essential details like the product lifespan, tax rate, and tags. Specify whether the product is a device, spare part, care pack, or toner. You can also upload documents such as brochures, driver links, service manuals, or operation manuals for internal reference.

In the description box write a concise summary of the product. This will automatically appear in proposals when the product is selected. You can also add internal remarks and choose which price type should be displayed in proposals.

Finally, indicate whether it’s a license-based or physical product, select the relevant business unit and sub-unit and click Save. Your product is now successfully created.
