How to track the Current Stock Location?
Tracking Stock with AntMyERP
AntMyERP makes it easy to track stock across different locations and monitor inventory efficiently.
To begin, go to Inventory and click on Reports. Here, select Location to view a detailed inventory report. This report shows the total stock available at each location, including devices in-office and those allocated to customers. You can track stock coming from purchases or opening stock, along with additional details like aging, warranty, category, product type (device, spare part, toner, care pack), and part number.
The report also shows which branch holds the stock — for example, Main Branch, Mira Road, or Zap Fire. You can use the search function to filter stock by branch, product, serial number, type (opening or purchased), or location. You can also choose to view stock with or without serial numbers. For instance, Canon Cupcake stock can be seen as 369 units in the main location and 211 units in Barty Park.
Stock at the customer level is also tracked. This includes company property given for standby, demo, loan, rental, or MPS purposes. The report shows customer name, location, serial number, product name, category, outward sale date, and more, making it easy to track where each item is.
By using AntMyERP, you can quickly check stock availability before fulfilling any spare part or device requests. This ensures accurate inventory management, reduces shortages, and helps plan your operations efficiently.
