How to manage Consumption Report?

 

Checking Consumption Reports in AntMyERP

AntMyERP makes it simple to monitor monthly consumption of devices, spare parts, cartridges and care packs thereby helping you track usage and manage inventory efficiently.

To check consumption details first go to Inventory from the left-hand menu and click on Reports. Under Reports you’ll find multiple options including Device Consumption Report, Spare Part Consumption, Care Pack Consumption and Cartridge Consumption.

Click on Device Consumption Report to view detailed data for each brand and model. The report shows the quantity consumed month wise, total consumption and average consumption. For example, if a Canon 4350 device shows 8 consumed in April and 13 in August the total is 21 with an average consumption of 10.5 units.

This data helps you understand which products or models are used most frequently and plan your stock accordingly. Similarly, the Spare Part, Care Pack and Cartridge Consumption Reports follow the same structure displaying consumption quantities across different months.

Using these reports you can determine how much stock needs to be maintained on average and make informed purchase or replenishment decisions.
