How to create Organisation Structure?
Creating an Organization Structure with AntMyERP
AntMyERP makes it easy to define your company’s hierarchy and reporting flow showing exactly who reports to whom within the organization.
To begin, click the Settings icon on the left-hand menu and open the Organization Setup page. Here, you’ll find your organization’s name, address, and email ID. Click Edit, then select the Organization Structure tab. If a structure already exists, it will be displayed; if not, the page will be blank.
To create a new hierarchy, click on Team to view all employees. For each designation, specify the reporting parent designation, that is, the role to which it reports. For example, if you’re adding the Founder, select the branch and save it. The Founder or Director does not report to anyone and will appear at the top of the hierarchy tree.
Next, define reporting for other roles. For instance, Sales Managers can be set to report to the Founder. Similarly, Account Executives or Admin Executives can be linked to Sales Managers or respective heads. Once saved, the structure will automatically generate a visual hierarchy.
If your organization has multiple branches, ensure the main branch is selected for proper linkage. Maintain continuity — each designation should report to someone above it. If a role is left unlinked, like an AMC Engineer not reporting to anyone, the hierarchy tree will break and appear blank.
After completing the setup, click View Hierarchy to see the full structure. For example:
Service Engineer → Admin Executive → Sales Manager → Founder
With AntMyERP, setting up and managing your organization’s reporting structure is simple, logical, and efficient.
