How to manage Holidays?
AntMyERP allows users to easily delete holidays that were added by mistake, ensuring that HR records remain accurate and up to date.
To delete a holiday, go to Settings → Master. Under the Master section, click on the HR module and open the Holiday tab. Here, you’ll see all holidays created in the system. Search for the specific holiday you wish to delete.
Click on the respective month to view holidays for that period. Select the holiday and go to Action then Delete. If the holiday isn’t linked to any branch then it will be deleted immediately.
However, if the holiday is linked to one or more branches then the system will show an error message preventing deletion. To resolve this, you must first remove the holiday association from the connected branch.
To do this, go back to Settings → HR Module → Others → Holiday. You’ll see a list of branches and their applicable holidays. Click Edit on the relevant branch. For example, if the holiday to be deleted is Eid, simply uncheck it from the branch list and click Save. This removes the holiday from that branch.
Now return to Master → HR Module → Holiday Tab. Search again for the same holiday — e.g., Eid in November. Click Action → Delete. The system will successfully delete it once it’s no longer linked to any branch.
With AntMyERP, deleting a mistakenly added holiday is simple, just unlink it from all branches before removal to maintain clean and accurate records.
