How to add Leave Type in HR Module?
AntMyERP makes tracking and managing employee leave simple, efficient, and transparent. Our easy software feature helps you creating, assigning, and tracking all types of leave. It makes sure that every employee’s time off is recorded correctly.
To get started, go to the Settings icon on the left-hand side of your dashboard. Once you click it, all available options will appear. From here, select the HR Module. Inside the HR module, multiple tabs will open, and you can access the Leave section to manage leave policies.
Here, you can view all existing leave types and create new ones by clicking the Plus (+) icon. In the leave form, you can enter the title of the leave, such as “Casual Leave” or “Sick Leave,” and even add a nickname for easier identification. You can specify the number of leave days applicable and indicate whether it is a paid leave.
AntMyERP also offers flexible leave policies. You can select from three options:
Encashable: Unused leave can be converted to cash at the end of the year.
Carry Forward: Unused leave is carried forward to the next year.
Squar Off: Unused leave expires at the end of the year, and the new leave balance starts fresh.
Many leave types can be added at once and assigned to employees when they join, so their leave is tracked correctly.
