How to mark or upload Attendance from Portal?
Manually Marking or Uploading Attendance with AntMyERP
AntMyERP allows you to manage employee attendance efficiently either by marking it manually or uploading it in bulk.
To begin first go to the HR module on the left hand menu and click on My HR. From the available options such as Mark Attendance, Apply for Leave, Salary Details and Team Members.
Choose the month and year you want to view or update attendance for. The company name appears by default, and you can filter attendance branch wise. After searching, the attendance list for all employees will be displayed.
To mark attendance manually, click the plus icon on the right and select Add Attendance. Enter the employee’s name, date, in time and out time. Add a reason or remark if needed. After saving the system automatically calculates the total working hours (for example, six hours). The employee’s attendance is now marked as Present.
To upload attendance in bulk, again click the plus icon and select Import File. Download the sample Excel file and fill in details such as employee name, attendance date, in time and out time. You can upload the attendance for the entire month at once.
Once uploaded, you can view all records in the Attendance Register, where abbreviations are defined as P for Present, A for Absent and S for Holiday.
