How to add Letter Templates?

 

Creating and Managing Letter Templates with AntMyERP

AntMyERP allows HR teams to easily create, store and manage predefined letter templates such as offer letters, appointment letters or experience letters directly within the system.

To begin first click the Settings icon on the left hand side. Once the icons update, go to the HR module (third icon). In the HR section, click on Others and then select Letter Templates. Here, you’ll see a list of all existing templates already created in the system.

To create a new one first click the plus icon on the right hand side. Enter the template name, choose the applicable branch and enter the letter content. Once done, click Save to create it. Multiple templates can be created the same way for different purposes.

All saved templates will appear in the Letter Templates list. You can open any to review, edit or delete as needed.

For employees or users who need to access these templates, go to the Main Menu and click Mirror. Under Mirror, all HR-related templates uploaded by the company are visible. Users can view, download, or use these predefined templates directly from here.

This feature ensures consistency in HR communications and saves time by keeping all official templates centralized and easily accessible within AntMyERP.
