How to add HR Policies?

 

Creating and Managing HR Policies in AntMyERP

AntMyERP simplifies the process of creating, managing and sharing HR policies with employees thus making company guidelines easily accessible to everyone.

To begin first click on the Settings icon on the left-hand side. Once clicked, the side menu icons will update. Go to the HR module. Within the HR module you’ll find multiple tabs, select Others. Under this section click on HR Policy.

Here, you’ll see a list of all existing HR policies that have already been created. To add a new policy, click on the Plus icon on the right hand side. A form will appear where you can enter the policy name select the branch the policy applies to and type the content of the policy in detail. Once done then click Save. The new policy will now appear in the list view.

Now, let’s look at how employees can view these policies. After logging in, employees can go to the HR module and click on Mirror. The Mirror dashboard shows tabs such as Attendance, Leave, Salary Details, and Team Members. If report permissions are granted, a Report tab will also be visible.

Click on the Policy tab to view all available company policies. Employees can select any policy, such as a “Mobile Policy,” and read the details directly.

This feature ensures HR doesn’t have to manually communicate each policy — employees can access all official guidelines in one centralized place.
