How to add Employee?
Adding an Employee with AntMyERP
AntMyERP simplifies employee management by allowing you to capture complete personal and professional details before onboarding. To begin, you must first add the employee’s personal data under People.
Go to the People icon on the right and click Add People. The form will open where you can enter the prefix, first name, middle name, last name, gender, date of birth, personal email ID, address, landmark, PIN code, phone number and even upload a profile picture or family photo.
Only a few parameters are mandatory. Once saved, the person’s record is created in the system.
Next, go to Settings → Organization Setup and click Edit under the organization profile. Open the Team tab to view all existing team members.
To add a new one, click the plus icon on the right. From the dropdown list, select the employee’s name from People, enter their designation, department, email ID, mobile number and branch or location.
Specify the employee type like full-time permanent, full-time contract or contract based. For contract employees, enter the end date; for permanent ones, it’s optional. Add the joining date, leave type and consumed leaves if applicable. The system automatically calculates the remaining leave balance.
Next, enter the employee code, PF and ESIC numbers, and set up the salary structure including basic pay, HRA, special allowance and deductions. The ERP will auto generate bifurcations for monthly and yearly amounts.
Finally, choose the payment mode (bank or cash). The system automatically creates ledgers for salary, loans, overtime, bonuses, and expenses. Once saved, the employee is added successfully.
To activate login access, go to Settings → User and Roles, search for the employee, click Edit, set a password and save. The employee can now log in to AntMyERP and start working.
