How to add Designation?
Adding Designations with AntMyERP
AntMyERP makes it easy to create and manage designations for your organization, helping you clearly define team roles and responsibilities.
There are two ways to add designations on AntMyERP through the Master section or directly while adding a team member.
To begin, click on Settings from the left hand menu. Next, select the Master icon. Once inside then open the HR module. Under this module you’ll find the Designation tab which lists all the designations currently available in the system.
To create a new designation first click the plus icon on the right hand side. Enter the designation name and link it to the relevant service category. Once done then click Save and your designation will be successfully added.
The second method is from the Organization Profile where your team setup is managed. Click on Team to view all existing team members. If you’re adding a new employee and don’t have their designation already created, you can easily add one from here. Click the plus icon next to the designation field, enter the designation name, mention the responsibilities and select the associated service department or category before saving.
Once designations are added you’ll have a clear view of which team member holds which role within your organization.
