How to create Multi Branch and location?

 

Creating Multiple Branches and Locations with AntMyERP

AntMyERP makes it easy to manage organizations with multiple branches and locations ensuring every office or site is properly structured within the system.

To begin, click on the Settings icon on the left hand side. This will take you to the Organization Setup section. Click on Action → Edit to open your existing organization setup. You’ll see the basic information that was previously entered and based on this data AntMyERP automatically creates a Main Branch for your organization.

If your company has additional branches, you can create them by clicking the Plus icon on the right hand side. A form will appear where you can fill in details such as branch name, email address, address lines, landmark, pin code, phone number, fax number and GST number. Fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory. You can also add remarks for internal reference.

Once saved then the new branch will appear in the Index View displaying its name, address, city and district.

Now, if a branch has multiple locations, you can create them as well. Go to Location and click the Plus icon. Enter the location name, address, contact details and GST information. Select whether the location is registered or unregistered and specify which branch it reports to the main branch or a sub-branch.

All created locations will be listed for easy reference and management.
