How data come into the Sales Register?

Generating Sales Invoice Data in Sales Register with AntMyERP

AntMyERP makes it easy to generate and manage automated invoices through the Sales Register. First, select the Finance module from the menu on the left hand side. The icons on the left side will change. Click Sales Invoice to view the complete list of invoices.

There are two types of classifications for invoices, Accepted and Pending. Pending invoices are those which await approval from the Accounts department. This implies that the invoice number will not be entered until the approval process is complete; the movement will not be reflected in the Sales Register.

The sales department can approve it after reviewing and confirming the invoice details. After that, it moves to an Accepted tab once it has been approved. When it hits this tab, the invoice number gets assigned automatically by AntMyERP, and the transaction becomes viewable in the Sales Register.

AntMyERP allows you to search invoices using multiple parameters such as invoice number, date range, customer name, branch or group. This makes it simple to locate specific transactions or verify completed entries.

In summary, the process of getting an invoice into the Sales Register is straightforward:

  • Generate the invoice in the system.
  • Get it reviewed and approved by the accounts team.
  • Once approved, an invoice number is automatically created.
  • The approved invoice then appears in the Sales Register for tracking and reporting.

With AntMyERP, the entire sales invoicing process is automated, transparent and efficient ensuring error-free financial records.
