How to create Group Master in Accounts?
Creating a Group Master with AntMyERP
AntMyERP allows you to efficiently manage financial account groups through the Group Master feature.
To create a group master, navigate to the Finance module from the left-hand menu. Click on the finance icon and locate Group Master. Clicking on it will display a list of all previously created group masters in the system.
To add a new group master click the plus icon on the right hand side. This opens the Group Master form. Here, enter the name of the group for example, “ABC Testing.” Next step is to select the account type from the dropdown menu that applies to this group. Once completed, click Save. The group master is now created and visible in the index view.
The index view provides an organized overview, showing which group is linked to which account type. For example, “ABC Testing” could be connected to Direct Expenses. Multiple group masters can be created in this manner, helping you categorize accounts accurately and maintain clarity in financial management.
