How to upload Outstanding of customers and vendors?

 

Uploading Outstanding of Customer and Vendor with AntMyERP

AntMyERP makes it easy to upload and manage the Outstanding details of both Customers and Vendors directly from the system.

To begin, go to CRM Sales on the left-hand menu and click on Customer. You’ll find two options to upload Outstanding Upload Facility for bulk uploads and One-by-One Entry for individual records.

For example, to upload the Outstanding of a customer like Anamika Traders, click on Edit on the right-hand side. Open the Accounts tab to view uploaded outstanding invoices, including invoice number, invoice date, due date, and amount.

To upload in bulk, use the Import File option on the right. Download the sample file, fill in customer details, and upload it. Once saved, the outstanding data is successfully updated in the system.

Next, the Finance Team can check customer outstanding from the Finance Dashboard. Under Debtors, view the total pending amount, number of days overdue, and detailed list of debtors. Click on any debtor’s name to see their invoices, voucher details, debit, credit, and balance. You can also download the ledger for records.

Similarly, to upload vendor outstanding, follow the same steps. Vendor details will appear under Creditors in the Finance Dashboard, showing pending balances and aging details. To view a specific vendor, click on their name and download the ledger.
