Sales Order Dashboard at User Level and Organizational Level

Tracking Sales Orders Easily with AntMyERP

AntMyERP makes monitoring sales orders simple for both management and individual users. To access the sales order dashboard, users must first have the appropriate permission. Start by going to CRM Sales → Sales Order.

At the management level, the dashboard provides a complete overview of total value and quantity of orders, number of customers, average order value, average aging, pending versus completed orders, orders to ship, orders by product and orders by brand. You can also see the top customers, top products and top performing sales teams thus giving a clear snapshot of organizational performance.

For individual employees, the dashboard displays only their personal activity. Here, users can track their sales value, quantity, number of customers, average order value, and average aging. It’s a focused way for employees to monitor their own progress.

To grant dashboard access to a user, go to Settings → User and Roles, search for the employee, click Edit → Permission and enable Manage Sales Order Edit. Once saved, the employee will see the sales order dashboard upon logging in. Without this permission the dashboard remains hidden.

Once logged in, users can view all relevant metrics like value, quantity, customers, orders to ship, orders by product and brand, top customers, top products, and top sales teams. At the user level, the search option for other employees isn’t available, while at management level, you can search and monitor any employee’s performance.

With AntMyERP, both managers and employees get clear, actionable insights, helping track orders, performance, and efficiency in real time!
